These terms describe how the current fast-order request works before online checkout is added.

Pickup requests
The fast-order page prepares a text message for you to review and send. Building a cart or opening the message does not place an order. An order is accepted only after Kitchen of Kay confirms availability, total, and pickup time.
Menu and pricing
Menu items, weekly availability, portions, and pricing may change. The amount shown in the cart is an estimate until the kitchen confirms your request.
Food information
Tell the kitchen about allergies or dietary needs before ordering. The kitchen handles multiple ingredients in a shared preparation environment, so requests should be confirmed directly.
Payments and cancellations
The website does not currently collect payment. Payment method, changes, cancellations, and refunds are handled directly with Kitchen of Kay when the order is confirmed.
